You will never run out of space on your virtual memory card, and individual game saves are easier to delete or modify.

Prior to version 0.17.6, EmuDeck used the Flatpak version of PCSX2. The current version uses a different AppImage-based setup with the paths listed above. If you migrated an old EmuDeck installation, you might need to check both locations for your save files.
