The first episode introduces Seiichirō Kitano on his first day at Hekikuu High School. His terrifying appearance immediately frightens his entire class. Word spreads like wildfire that a monstrous transfer student has arrived. Meanwhile, Seikichi Kuroda, the self-proclaimed "guardian" and head thug of Hekikuu High, hears rumors of this new student terrorizing everyone. He attempts to assert his authority and intimidate the newcomer - only to find himself and his gang hilariously outmatched by Kitano's completely unintentional intimidation.
